The single greatest invention for runner's with tight calves or quads. I've been using the quadballer for over 5 years and it has kept me injury free for the majority of that time. I roll twice daily, once before I run and again in the evening. I have very tight calves that have always been prone to calf pulls. The quadballer has been my savior. Highly recommended!
