- When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship with FedEx. You can track your order by following this link http://www.fedex.com/us/track/ and enter your tracking number in the 'Track my Shipment' box. If you receive a message ?Not Found?, your order may be shipping with US Mail. Try your tracking number at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input to see if that’s the problem. Still no luck? Call us for help at 800-636-3560 or chat with us online or email us at email@example.com.
- How do I find my order tracking number?
Trust you can find your order tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. This is the email Road Runner Sports sent to email address associated with the order. Can't find your ship confirmation email? Check your 'SPAM' email file. Your secure and trustworthy email system may have confused it with spam.
- How do I change my order?
Changed your mind? No problem! You’ll be happy to know your Customer Care Team is here to help! Give us a call today at 800.636.3560 and we’ll get things squared away.
- Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes! If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your 'spam' folder. Sometimes email systems confuse our emails with SPAM. If your order confirmation email is still a 'no show,' then give us a call at 800-636-3560 and trust we'll fix it quick!
- Are there Duties and Taxes on International orders?
You’re a smart shopper and we’re thrilled you chose Road Runner Sports for all of your running needs! You should know that duties and taxes vary by country and are part of your shipping charges. Your local Customs or FedEx Office can give you the current rates.
