"I tested the men's long sleeve Tonal shirt in the spring and am looking forward to wearing it this fall when temps are in the 40's. Plus it will be a great base layer for winter runs and skiing. The short sleeve shirt wicks as well as other shirts but doesn't seem to breathe as well. It seemed to insulate or retain body heat. I'll use it as a base layer for cooler runs. The colors & styling were great, but there were a lot of seams that made it a little scratchy. I washed it 5 times and there were no loose threads or color fade."

"Great things about this shirt: moisture-wicking properties were very good, even in hot, humid weather. The shirt didn't get wet or heavy. The v-neck and striped design are unique features that make it stand out from the crowd of run-of-the-mill shirts. One complaint: it was a bit itchy, especially on the seams, but that's minor. I'd recommend this shirt to other runners."
"I thought this women's long sleeve shirt was a bit too long when I put it on, but it would be perfect length for biking not for running. I loved the v-neck! I used the shirt on my late afternoon runs and it has been really humid here so the shirt took on a lot of sweat. I also noticed, maybe it is just my skin, I was itchy at first. I think the shirt acted much in much the same way my dri-fit and coolmax products worked just heavier. I loved the color especially against tan skin it looks really good. And it is very visible to drivers."
"I usually run in t-shirts and would get overheated. This short sleeve kept me sweat free and I was glad to be wearing it. I loved the color (lime green) and that the "tag" was imprinted on the shirt. Also, I like v-neck shirts and it washed up really good, too."

"Overall, the shirt is good without frills or extras. However, since it's a 'technical' top, I would have liked to have some extras, like better mesh inserts on the side. The cut was femininue and fit well around the shoulders & arms. It was a good length and not too bulky or tight. For being a "dri series," I think it should be a slightly less tight weave or somehow made more breathable. It's too hot for summer but will be good for fall."
"I tried the trekking pant and was extremely satisfied. I wore them as casual wear and on a couple climbing & hiking trips. I liked the zip pockets, the fabric and the stretch of the pants. I'd prefer a lower rise on them, but overall they were great and I'll use them often."
"I loved the pants, they're a great concept with pockets great for keys & ID. When I tested the pants, it was extremely hot so I wouldn't ordinarily train in pants. I think they'd be good for runners in cooler climates and I think hikers would love them."
