As a VIP Club Member, we guarantee that you'll get the best prices on shoes no matter how you choose to shop - phone, web or at our retail stores. If you happen to find an identical shoe advertised for less than your Club price, just show it to us when you buy the shoes from Road Runner Sports (or within 10 days of your Road Runner Sports purchase) - and we'll match it!

When you submit a Best Price Guarantee Request, a Customer Care Specialist will need to verify all of the following information about the competitor's shoe price:

• Best Price Guarantee applies to the list purchase price of the shoe only*
• Advertised shoe price must be current and in effect at the time of your request
• Shoe must be identical: same brand, style (model number), color, size, width, in-stock and available for purchase from a licensed US reseller
• Shipping/handling charges and sales tax (if any) will not be included when determining
  the difference between the competitor's shoe price and your Club price

*Your Best Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor shoe prices from auction websites, clearance/outlet prices, store discount coupons and promotional offers, competitor Club or Group Sales discounts, mail-in rebates, incorrect advertisements, or items that are not new or first quality. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price matched shoes sold to a customer. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

TWO Easy Ways to Take Advantage of Your Best Price Guarantee:
It's easy. You can submit a Best Price Guarantee Request before your Road Runner Sports purchase or within 10 days after your purchase. Remember, the competitor's shoe price will need to be current and in effect at the time of your request and the shoe must be identical: same brand, style (model number), color, size, width, in-stock and available for purchase.

1). How to Submit a Request Before Your Road Runner Sports Shoe Purchase:
Please give us all of the competitor's shoe information and follow the instructions below depending on where you found a lower shoe price than your Club price:

• Internet Shoe Price:
  Give us the web address (URL) & instructions on where to find the shoe on the website
  
  
• Retail Store Shoe Price:
  Give us the name of the retail store & store phone number
  
  
• Print Advertisement Shoe Price:
  Bring the print advertisement into one of our retail locations and show it to us when you make your shoe purchase OR print the request form, fill it out and fax your completed form along with a copy of the print advertisement to Customer Care: 800.453.5443.

You'll receive a personal response from a Customer Care Specialist within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), once your request has been reviewed. If your price match request has been qualified - we'll be happy to help you with your shoe purchase and match the lower shoe price!

2). How to Submit a Request Within 10 Days After Your Road Runner Sports Shoe Purchase:
Please give us all of the competitor's shoe information and follow the instructions below depending on where you found a lower shoe price than your Club price within 10 days of your Road Runner Sports shoe purchase:

  Bring the competitor's shoe information into one of our retail locations along with your original Road Runner Sports store receipt OR click here to fill out the online request form and press the "submit" button when finished.
  
  
• Print Advertisement Shoe Price:
  Bring the print advertisement into one of our retail locations along with your Road Runner Sports shoe purchase receipt. For phone and Internet purchases, print the request form, fill it out and fax your completed form along with a copy of the print advertisement to Customer Care: 800.453.5443.

You'll receive a personal response from a Customer Care Specialist within 7 - 10 business days, once your request has been reviewed (in the order it was received). If your price match request has been qualified - you'll be credited in the amount equal to the difference between the competitor's shoe price and your Club price!
