WHY RUN?
Everyone has a reason for running. What's yours?
Do you run for pleasure? For health? For weight loss? Do you run for a cause? For someone
you love? Do you run for you? Do you run for the buzz? Do you run to push your limits? Do you
run to think? Do you run to not think? Do you run to let go? Do you run to be strong? Tell us
why you run. Any reason to run is a good reason.
Submission Guidelines:
Email us your Runner Story! Make us laugh. Make us cry. Make us think!
Your Runner Story should be roughly 500 words in length (about a page). Be sure to
include:
Your full name
Your hometown and state (or country if outside the U.S.)
Your favorite running shoe(s) and model
ex: Mizuno Wave Nirvana

Your must-have apparel/gear
ex: Nike Tempo Track
Short
or: Polar RS200 heart
rate monitor
Digital photos that support your Runner Story or show you running
Size: 3" x 5"
or larger,at 300 DPI
That's it! Your submission will be reviewed and potentially featured in a future Road Runner
Sports Catalog and/or on our website. Email your story and pictures to
runningstories@roadrunnersports.com.
