Dear AHA,
My name is Cooper de Ruiter. I am 12 years old and very excited about this handcylce grant
because my old 3-speed handcycle is too small. I also ride to and from school, and ride through
the park we live next to while having a great time. I also do other sports like: Jujitsu
(ground fighting martial art) bi-skiing, wheelchair basketball, and I was thinking of trying
wheelchair tennis. I am a sixth grader at Whatcom middle school. My favorite subjects are math,
science, and writing. My hobbies include: Drawing, carving wood, video games, astronomy and
reading.

Dear AHA,
I just wanted to thank you for the awesome bike. It is so cool because it's way faster than my
other bike that I out grew. Because it was only a 3-speed, but this new one is a 7 speed and it
is way better than my other because my new bike is built better. Again, I just wanted to thank
you for this new exciting handcycle, It is so much fun to ride on.
