Returns

  • How do I return an item I purchased?

    Never fear VIP, sometimes finding your perfect fit takes a couple tries. To get your replacement gear with Warp Speed, call your Fit Experts now at 800-636-3560

    Don't feel like calling? No sweat, exchange or return gear at your own pace with these 3 easy steps:

    1. Just fill out the return/exchange form that came with your order and include it with your return. If you don't have a return/exchange form, click here and print it out.

    2. Adhere the Smart Label located on your invoice to your return package. Click Here
    Please note that a service charge of $9.89 will be deducted from your total return credit for the Smart Label

    3. You're taken care of VIP! Count on your return to be processed in 2-3 days from the time we receive it. For your exchange to travel to us and then back to you, usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Order Status

  • Everyone's favorite question, when will my order arrive?

    Your gear is on the way VIP! Look for your tracking number with your order confirmation email. Your order can come one of three ways:

    1. Most orders are shipped to you by FedEx. Track away by entering your tracking number in the "Track my Shipment" box here

    2. If your tracking number starts with a "C," your order shipped with OnTrac. Go ahead and enter your tracking number here "Package Tracking" at https://www.ontrac.com

    3. If you get a "Not Found" message at FedEx, no worries. Your order is probably coming by US Mail. Try your trusty tracking number here

  • What does "Your Web Exclusive Items - Standard Shipping Only" mean?

    You have great taste VIP! If your carted item is labeled "Web Exclusive Item" your item is shipping directly from our vendor. To make sure you get the world's best gear, we use a variety of shipping methods and resources. Your web exclusive items can take additional 3-5 business days, but are well worth it!

  • How do I find the tracking number for my order?

    Good question VIP! You'll find your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. Your confirmation email was sent to the email address associated with the order. If you don't see this email in your inbox, check your 'SPAM' email file. Your secure and trustworthy email system might have confused it with spam.

  • Why is my order delayed?

    Your order usually delivers in 3-5 business days. If it's taking longer, you might have ordered a "Web Exclusive Item" which ships directly from our vendor to you. Fear not, your order is most likely on the way. But, if you don't see it at your door in 5-7 business days, count on us to send you a shipping update email.

  • Want to change something on your order?

  • Need an itemized invoice?
