I've been running in this shoe virtually injury free for 8 years or so - it is chunky (I weigh 138), but I do tempo runs in it fine. narrow through middle of the foot.

At almost 12 ounces this shoe is like a tank for anybody under 150 pounds. With the weight also comes very limited flexibility. For a heavier training shoe it has nice cushioning and a round step-through.
