These shoes fit like a glove and have adequate support. I am a runner that likes a snug fit and smallish toe box. My previous four pair of shoes were the SuperNova control 10. No blisters or hotspots. Tongue is a bit short, but not an issue. Pros Cons Best Uses
Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: good shoe for the price

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: A great shoe. Lightweight with just enough stability to get by. I have worn this shoe for long runs and workouts with zero complaints. The shoe has a tighter fit, similar to a racing flat but not quite as "tight". If you want a looser feel I would definitely go up a half size, I was okay with my true size.

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: My pair has 200 miles or so, which I feel has given me enough time on them to give an honest/fair assessment. I think the midsole is nice and comfortable, probably more comfortable than the other shoes in the "Performance Stability" category. I think the durability is good and this shoe has been a good everyday trainer for me because it is cushioned a little more than I would say the DS-Trainer or Elixir. Comparable to the Brooks Ravenna probably. However, I must say that I wish the upper was as cushioned as any of the aforementioned shoes. Seems Adidas may have cut down on materials on the upper to allow the midsole more beef but still keep it light. The upper feels more like a racing shoe than an everyday trainer. I would buy these again. I had to go a half size up with Adidas, FYI.

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: As a sub 4 min kilometer distance runner I have tried many light-weight trainers from all brands and have found the Tempo to be the ideal choice. It is made of very durable and long-lasting materials, has the right amount of support for long runs and yet is light enough for racing. The unique heel design provides excellent flexibility for foot contact with the ground and thus reduces foot and leg fatigue.

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: I've been running in the Gel Kayanos for years. Decided to try something new, and really glad I did. Really lightweight, just enough cushioning, fast, and a good amount of stabilty. I'm 5'11 and 165 pounds. I don't know how long they'll hold up, but I'm pretty impressed with these shoes.

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: Light weight and fast. I bought these to use as my race day shoe. So far I haven't been disappointed. I run 5ks, sometimes 4 milers, and carry more than average lean body mass for a runner since I love the gym. Therefore, I tend to have a heavyfoot strike like that of a heavy runner. These shoes allow me to run as fast as I can without fear of too much force transfer to my joints. Haven't used enough to comment on durability, but I am an exclusive adidas wearer and haven't been disappointed yet. This shoe allows my natural foot motion without too much control. I love the color too (red)!

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: Really comfortable and lightweight. I've run tempos and runs of more than 10 miles on the roads and trails with them. Just enough stability and solid cushioning. Have a snug fit which I like. Go a half size up if you want a looser feel. Not the best in the rain.

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: Excellent shoe for fast tempo runs and long repeats on track, like mile repeats. Fits like a glove and very comfortable. Hightly recommend for the serious runner.

Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: 2 weeks use of 5-7 miles a day on pavement and these shoes feel great. Lightweight and breathable for the hot, humid southern summer days. May not be suitable for people with wide feet, average to narrow feet will find these the most comfortable.
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Mens adidas adiZero Tempo Running Shoe: Cushy forefoot, low & fast to the ground. Heel is a little hard & flex could be a touch better, but for a stability trainer, there is no better alternative. Love this shoe
