        I am training for a 1/2 marathon and sometimes find my regular trainers too heavy for the long runs. I wore these for my 11 mile run and my legs felt really good the whole way. I have run in them several times for runs longer than 6 miles and so far, I really like them!

          I have always been a fan of Addidas for their comfort and wear and tear. I always used the clima-cool so this is the first time I have switched to Adi-Zero Tempo. I have been using these to road run on hard ball and gravel road and they are amazing!!! They haven't shown any real breakdown at all considering what I put them through. I log 11 miles a week and my feet, knees, and hips don't ache at all during my run. I highly reccomend these!
