      I'm 6'3", 190, high arch, narrow foot, marathon runner. These shoes provide excellent cushioning for long periods of time, where as other shoes seem to lose some cushioning. Fit is great and you definitely want to size up one full size. Lacing system let's you lock in your arch for good support, though with my arches not much is needed. Overall great shoe!

          Good shoe, but does not have the same cushion or control that the Supernova has. Good low roll resistance, but does feel awkward at first. I bought this to be my 2nd shoe for when my primary shoes get wet. These could be my primary but will take some time to get used to. I weigh 190 lbs and can tell these shoes are not as cushioned.

                I have trid many shoes, finaly i found the sho that works for me jubiii.This sho have it all for a neutral runner ,i am training up to at half marathon the 8 may 2011, right now i a running 2 - 10km and a intervaltraning day every week, use to run snova glide 2, but this Ride3 is just better all the way arround.

                  This is my third pair of the Adidas Ride shoe. The changes to this version are excellent. Very comfortable, especially the upper. The heel collar is secure without being constrictive, and does not rub. I use this as a durable cushioned shoe for longer runs, it is a little too heavy for speed work.
