      The shoe is very heavy. I'm a lighter peron of average height and the shoe is too heavy for long runs, you really feel it in your legs. Best for a heavier, bigger runner.

        I'm an avid Adidas user, got turned on when they offered the Response package. I've transitioned to the Supernova series and am rarely disappointed. This is a very good neutral shoe, good impact on the forefoot (Adiprene+), decent low roll resistance, and very breathable. I'm not so sure about the Continental introduction to the outer sole, I see no benefit. I can tell this shoe will be uneven wear from the different materials being used.
