Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: I ordered these the week of the Boston Marathon when it became apparent that the weather was going to be extremely hot for the race! I love my Speedstar 5s, but one thing they do not do well is breathe. (And the Speedstar 6s are a disaster! Returned them after one run).

Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: Perfect for the reason I bought them, mid to long distance support. If u are a heal or mid foot striker and like support without extra weight and a bulky feel, these are great shoes. I normally wear ultra or lightweight running shoes, no matter what the distance. For triathlons, I needed some extra support without a lot of extra weight or "box" feel, plus I'm normally a toe runner, but not after 56 miles on a bike and 1.2 mile swim. These shoes were the combination I was looking for. I found them so comfortable that I even wear them for regular marathons, not just for tri's. I bought them a half size larger than my normal size and they fit great. Addidas was not the brand I would normally buy, but couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: Ran 14 miles tonight in very cold temps. The shoes were very comfortable the entire run. They may be my new marathon shoes.

Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: I ran the Vermont Marathon years ago in '05, have only done short jogs since. Decided to train for a half marathon. I'm 6'1" and 165, high arches and skinny legs. I need lightweight shoes with some cushioning but no bulk. I got custom molded inserts, then tried them out in every lightweight Neutral shoe in my size at the RoadRunner store in San Carlos. Have been using Nike Frees, Mizuno and Asics. Adidas never seemed to fit right and frankly I've avoided them in the past. After like 45 minutes of swapping, and their not having the Brooks Launch in my size, I was about to buy Brooks PureFlow and tried the Bostons in an 11.5, which is a half size up on my Nikes and a full size up on my street shoes.

Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: I love the light weight and they are very nice to run in. For me the downside is I over pronate and wear custom orthotics. This make the shoe too tight across the top, especially where you do up the laces. I have run about 60 miles in them so far, this week I have done 2 x 14 milers in them and the top of my foot has become quite painful. I will be going back to my heavier, but more comfortable, Salvation 3. A shame because I really like the shoe.

Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: these shoes fit very nice, really snug around the ankle. I have a skinny ankle and a somewhat wide forefoot, and these work. Word of warning* these shoes litterally glow in the dark. Very flourescent yellow and orange.

Comments about Mens adidas adizero Boston 3 Running Shoe: I was looking for a lightweight trainer/racer, tried the Nike zoom elite 5 returned (totally hyped shoe ) got this and placed my orthotics in it and ran a tempo run, the feel of the road was great as well as the comfort and protection the shoe gives.
