Hi! All that i can say about these shoes is WOW! They are without a doubt the best combination of comfort and lightness that i have ever experienced in any running shoe. I really haven't had them that long so I can't comment on durability, but if you're the kind of person who likes a fast shoe without loosing much comfort than this is it.

I just finished the Boston Marathon in these shoes. I had no discomfort in my feet and my legs felt great at the end. I didn't even get any blisters. That's a marathon first for me!

Coupla interesting reviews here, one very much on the mark and the other clearly malicious. The construction this year (some sewn in Vietnam) made for a slight and perhaps unintended size change in the toebox, David B. is absolutely correct. Otherwise same great shoe. Likely competitor is Brooks T4. All would agree that the outer lugs do not disappear after 2 races. They are not aggressive or pronounced by design, this is a racing flat, but will typically get a season (maybe just a season) of half marathons of 10Ks.

The new DS Racer does not have the same forefoot space as the past model (it's slightly reduced, but you'll manage). Otherwise, it is pretty much the same shoe, except for the histrionic color it comes in. Very lightweight, reasonable cushioning and all the good stuff from the past model.

I recently ran a half marathon in these shoes and they felt great.
They have nice forefoot comfort that goes along with the light weight.

Phenomenal racers. My first go at these and I'm not looking for another racer. I'm 165 pounds and a 5:30 miler. I've put about 30 miles on them and they're still strong.

This shoe is light enough for a racer but has very little stability and support. Only runners with normal arches should wear it. That is not the way it is advertised though.

Directly i walked a pr on my 5km run after 5km training only!. I walked 00:22:29. It has enough cushuning for long distances and with thuis shoes you can walk very fast, just train and go. I expect only pr's with this shoes.

I bought these for our PT test and received them the day before the test. I ran the 2 miles fast enough to score a 100. Enough said.

Seriously, if you do more than say 2 races in these, you'll notice the outsole lugs wear out. I returned mine.

This shoe is by far the best shoe i have ever run in. It won me 3rd place in 4 out of 6 races. Is very lightweight and cushioned. But after about a year and a half of using a pare of then the hardened rubber on the bottom wore out. But Still by far the best racing shoe made.

Been running in DS Racers for 8 years. This is by far the best so far. Excellent stability for a racer, low weight and great feel. Look pretty awesome also!
