Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

This is the first time I have ever worn an Asic shoe and I have to say it
felt as good as my New Balance , which I wore forever. I have been trying to get someone to either call me or email me as I have been trying to see if I could order an 81/2 2A, the Cumulus 10 is a little bit too wide and I like a more snug fit.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

Key to buying this shoe: size up as suggested by RR: 1/2 size, rather than the full size for Landreth 3. I think some of the issues raised in the negative reviews might have been solved by this. I like my size 8 Landreth 4s every bit as much as I liked my 8.5 Landreth 3s. Great shoe.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

Great shoe - I recommend it highly. I wear it for all my long runs and it still feels as good as it did the first day. It has great response, roomy in the toe box without slippage in the heel. Actually bought a 2nd pair.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

So far, 4 stars. More cushioning than the Landreth 3 - in the heel and fore foot. We will see how long it holds. Landreth 3 wore out quickly. I'm nursing a cartilage injury and wore this shoe for the first time today and for the first time the pain was dramatically reduced - almost unnoticeable. 15 miles per week on asphalt. Neutral, wide foot.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

I have worn Landreth 2 & 3 and loved them. The 4 is a dog. The shoe catches me right on my morton's neuroma and by right foot aches now. The shoes are wider and seem longer. Not snug and secure like the previous versions. I will be returning them!

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

I agree 100% w/Helen. Loved Landreth 2 & 3. With 4, the top of the shoe rests further back on my foot and strikes me in the ankle. Didn't notice it until a couple times out when the area above my ankle became sore. Coincidentally, I also wound up w/shin splints. Too bad I didn't buy them here at RRS. It's too late to bring them back.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

I had the Landreth 3 (L3) and loved them however they wore out too quickly. I have been running in the Landreth 4 and it is comfortable and springy compared to the L3. The tread is more significant than the L3 so it is taking some getting used to... Also, the Landreth 4s feel a bit shorter than the 3s.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Landreth 4 Running Shoe:

These seem bigger overall then the 3's, my feet move around too much, coming off a piriformis/tight ITB, I then got 'shin splints' and sprained 5th metatarsal, going to try a whole new Asics shoe
