I bought these shoes 6 months ago and loved them from the 1st time out! When it was time to get a new pair of shoes , I came back and accidentally purchase a different style. My knees began to hurt with the 1st run. So I got online and ordered the 1150 again. My knees haven't hurt since!! I have ordered several of the 1150's(just incase I cannot find this exact model), so when I am ready for a new pair of shoes, I have them.

I'm on my 2nd pair of this shoe. I run on a paved trail, 4-6 miles, 5 days a week. The shoe is perfect for my type of running. I also run 10K road races in this shoe. Can't think of anything that's not great about the shoe. I'll order a 3rd pair when this pair wears out.

This is at least my 10th pair of ll50's (or their predecessors) and I still love them. Every time I try a different shoe, I end up returning to my Asics. I am an endurance runner and put a lot of weekly miles on these guys on basic (nontechnical) trails and roads.

I was devastated when the adidas supernova control 9 was discontinued. This is the first shoe I've found since that is comparable. Although I have low arches, I need more cushioning than the average pronation control shoe offers. The asics gel 1150 fits the bill. I'm not even aware of them as I'm running, which I consider the gold standard.

I've bought several pairs of Asic's 1150, and have been very happy with them. The heals don't last real long when running on pavement, but for the price and comfort, I'll keep buying them. I also like the stlye and looks of the shoe.

I have wide feet across the toe area. I have tried many brands of shoes, normally buying "wide" width. The problem is that the heal area of the shoes have always to wide and I got huge blisters. I buy a normal width in the Asics 1150, and they are plenty wide across the toe area, but nice and snug in the heal. The cushioning is also great, no need for an insert as I've had to use in the past. This is my shoe from here forward!

I am an avid runner, approximately 25 to 30 miles per week and these shoes are awesome. Right out of the gate they were comfortable, light weight and breathable. Would recommend them to everyone.

This is a great shoe for casual running. Coming off the Gel Kayano, the 1150 feels just a little less giving, but also less bulky, so for me this was a good switch.

I have custom orhtotics and need a basic neutral shoe. I switched from Nike Pegasus for the fit. The 1150s do a better job of hugging my heel. These shoes feel light and hit the pavement lightly. The flexible toe fits my tippy-toe style of running up hill.

I wear the Asics 1150s on road and groomed trails and they function well on both surfaces.
