    I've been running for years pain free ever since I switch to Brooks Adrenaline and ASR since 1996! I change my show every 3 months run on average 40 to 50 a week on all type of surface. road to trail to single track, best of all i can fly down rugged single track and feel comfortable, never slip. It's skills but it's the shoe.

      These ASRs felt lighter than any of the previous ASR models I have run in. They felt great when I took then out on the trails! Like the color too! Dark grey shows dirt markings way less than light grey ones.
