Comments about Womens Brooks Dyad 4 Running Shoe:

The Dyad 4 is THE BEST SHOE, BAR NONE, that I have EVER worn. Not just running shoes, but shoes of any kind. Shoes made on a curved last HURT my feet. These are the first running shoes I've ever encountered made on a straight last which also accommodate my monumentally high instep (high-volume foot). So, naturally, my size (8), has disappeared from everyone's inventory and Brooks has stopped making them. Thanks a lot guys.

Comments about Womens Brooks Dyad 4 Running Shoe:

I have had chronic knee pain for the last year until I started running in these. They did feel bulky initially compared to my usual stability shoe, but the wide platform prevents me from twisting my foot at toe off, which has decreased the torque on my knee! Great shoe!

Comments about Womens Brooks Dyad 4 Running Shoe:

I think this shoe may finally be the ticket to my lower leg issues. I have an arch but overpronate with major achilles and shin issues. I have tried every type out there and this one is a neutral shoe but built like a MC shoe for those of us with weird gate issues!

Comments about Womens Brooks Dyad 4 Running Shoe:

Love these shoes! The Dyad 4's new mesh upper keeps you cool while making the shoe lighter. I've had knee problems but none were attributed to the shoes, to the contrary, they are so very comfortable and seem to form around my feet like a glove, no slippage at all.

Comments about Womens Brooks Dyad 4 Running Shoe:

With this shoe I'm FINALLY on the right track. I have a low arched but rigid foot perennially mis-fitted as a typical over-pronator, resulting in years of chronic anterior shin splints. These shoes fit completely differently than any Ive tried and have given me the first hope in years that I'll be a high mileage runner again someday. My only complaint is that the plastic on the forefoot upper is a bit rigid and I get a blister on the top of one of my toes. Overall it suits my particular foot and gait wonderfully.

Comments about Womens Brooks Dyad 4 Running Shoe:

According to the buyer's guides, should be in a motion control+ shoe (female, 5'10, 165 lbs). Went from NB766 to Saucony Omni Ultimate - and was put into this after evaluation! I love it! No sore instep, toenails,or heels. Took some getting used to after such rigid shoes, but it's working great and lasting well. What a surprise!!

This shoe provides great cushion and good stability. That's my magic combination since I've had 2 knee surgeries and chronically bad ankles.
