I'm glad to see it's not me--I've been wearing Adrenaline for years but the 8s hurt my feet! The ball of my foot really hurts, and my toes get tingly. If I had known I would have bought up a bunch of 7s. I hope the 9s are better.

I usually run in asics. I thought I'd try these as I have never run in Brooks before. I did not like the fit but wanted to give them a try. They are not for me. My knees are sore after running 5 miles. Went back to my old asics and they were much better.

My normal running shoe has always been Nike. I have always had some foot or ankle issues with the Nikes. Then I was fitted for running shoes for my running, they were the Adrenaline 8's. I have the best running in these shoes. I have worn out 4 pairs so far. I have tried the new Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 12 and again am having foot problems and went back to my Adrenaline's and no problems for me! I love them.

I am training for my first marathon and have tried new balance and ascics. After horrible blisters and knee pain i tried these shoes and loved them.I did my first 20 mile run in them and not one blister.

I loved the 6 - bought so many pairs I missed the 7. The 8 is horrible - I can't run for more than 10 minutes without getting incredible shin and calf pain. Can anyone recommend something similar to the 6? I'm desperate to find a new shoe.

Wow! I was glad to read that other people were having trouble with these shoes, I thought I was just getting old, ha. I love them for short runs, but on long runs my knees and legs ache! I have been miserable since I started training in them! Currently on the hunt for something new.

As an overpronater runner, aerobic instructor & personal trainer...these are by far my favorite shoe. Liked Saucony Hurrican, but too heavy, these fit great, feel light, and give support I need!

I was hoping the 8's would be an improvement from the 7's, but they were horrible, after a week of running in them everything ached from the waist down.I loved the 6s. I bought 4 pair and completed 5 marathons without any problems. The 7's were OK, but I experienced knee pain around mile 20. I want my 6's back! Why do shoe have to new improve everything?

Much worse than the 7!! These are stiff and put pressure on the top of my foot, making them tingle. I miss the light easy fit of the 7!!!

After 3 pairs of GTS 7s, I was extremely disappointed with this shoe. They felt worse than my 7s with 400+ miles--knee and hip aches, just like previous reviewers. I returned them after 2 runs and got the Defyance instead, and I love them. Getting another pair right now!

These hurt the outer bone in my foot when I run for over an hour. I cannot walk for a day after these.

I used to run in the 5 and loved it, but had problems with the 6 the next season. I decided to give Brooks another shot and started wearing the 8 in February. The support is fantastic, the toe box is plenty big and it's just a great overall shoe.

I love the GTS 8. I used to run in the GTS 5, missed the 6, and didn't buy the 7's because of the horrible reviews. I finally bought a pair of the 8's, and love them. I don't have any problems with the tox box or heel, and also am no longer having pain from a neuroma, which I had with the sauconys I was previously wearing. I highly recommend these shoes!

The plusses are excellent full-length cushioning and a roomy toebox. The heel fit, however, is a huge negative. The shoe is very loose around the heel, for two reasons. First, the shoe runs very long from arch to heel causing a gap between the heel and the rear of the shoe. Second, there's woefully inadquate cushioning around the heel, and it thus doesn't conform to and snugly hold your heel as other shoes do (e.g., Etonic Jepara). Overall, a disappointment.

Inner "ankle bone cut" out is too high, not cut low enough rubs medial malleolus, never had this problem with any other brooks shoe

I was a die-hard asics 2100-series runner until I tried the adrenaline 6 two years ago. I LOVED that shoe. The 7's were ok. But, th 8's are horrible. The toe box is enormous and the heel is way too wide. The stability is completely compromised with this new model. I feel very slow in this shoe. I just wasted 95 bucks on this shoe.

Bad bad shoe... I loved the 6's, didn't get the 7s. Not very comfortable at all. You can find a much better shoe.

I've loved every version of the adrenaline until 7 and i thought 8 would be better but it feels big and bulky and doesn't conform to my foot the way the others do. It is most definitely a heel problem. i don't really feel any more cushioning in the mogo versions than the others.
