          I have a very high arch and feet that supinate (roll outwards) when I walk. I've had problems with heel pain and plantar fasciitis. After trying several types/brands of shoes over the years, without much improvement, I purchased a quality set of orthotics. The next step was finding an athletic shoe into which these would work. This neutral shoe with low arch was the perfect solution! I'm on my fourth pair of Brooks Dyad 5. While "running" is in the name of the shoe, I don't run. But I do a lot of walking and these shoes are exactly what I need for my arch and gait.

          These shoes are very comfortable but the mesh above the big toe wears out quickly. The fabric inside the heal pills and wears out quickly causing rubbing. Love the fit if it would just last longer.

          I have tried several brands of running shoes and these have been the best. I had a lot of IT pain with Nike and Ascics shoes both in the neutral and stability side. Even though these are neutral they give me the support I need and it is now rare that my IT band gives me a problem.

          I suffered from extreme blisters and tried about 5 different shoes. These shoes in conjunction with the Injinji socks have put an end to ALL blisters. I am a happy girl!
