Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I bought the GTS 10 but after running in it thought it was too narrow so I returned it. Because of the way the shoe is made you definitely have to go up half a size and unless you have small feet I would recommend getting the 2E.(Both 10 and 9) So I returned the 10 and the running store I went to didn't have the 10 in my size and width so I went ahead and got the 9's instead. After logging about 10 miles in the 9's IMHO they aren't much diff. than the 10. The 10 had a little more cushion but they run about the same. As a side note I used to run in Trance 4 & 5 but switched to Nike and now switching back to Brooks after trying out and loving the GTS 9. What helps too is I'm a large runner with flat feet and I finally get the support and responsiveness and don't have to run in a heavy shoe! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 becasue I would like a little more cushion but it's not a deal breaker.
Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I could not run more than 15 miles a week before buying the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8 last summer. Now I am running with the 9's. Last Sunday, I ran a 1/2 marathon and then on Tuesday I ran a 12 mile. My legs feel great. I noticed several reviews about the 9's not being as good as the 8's. I still have a pair of 8's that I alternate with the 9's and there is hardly any difference. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I am a 6?4? 175 pound male with low arches and mild over-pronation. In late 2008 I left my LRS (First Gear in Wichita, KS) with a brand new pair of GTS 9?s. My pain slowly began to ebb away and I was on my way to becoming a runner. One year and 5 pairs later I am still pain free and average 30 to 40 miles a week. Pros

Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: This shoe (Version 8,9, and 10) is the only real running shoe I have owned since I began running more seriously 3 years ago. I have since run 2 half-marathons and my only full marathon, and these shoes have been an asset. They provide outstanding cushioning for a larger runner like myself (210 pounds) and great arch support. I have used them on roads and on trail, dry days and wet days, and they always come through.

Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: Brooks has been my shoe for 20 years and they never disappoint. Would highly recommend these shoes.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I'm 6'2" 205lbs (20-30/week). This was my first "technology" shoe. I started running (15-20 mi/week) and was having considerable lower leg and knee pain in my right leg. Went to the local runner's store and found out I was an overpronator. These shoes felt the best, so I bought them. I NEVER had leg or knee pain again - period. My only complaint is that they're a bit wide as I have slightly narrow feet. Word is that the GTS10 is "less roomy". Looking forward to buying a pair of those when the GTS11s come out (I'm cheap, so I now buy off season).

Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I use the product for distance running and regular out and about. Comfort and fit are why I like them, but they do seem to wear out fast.

Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I have used the Brooks Adrenaline for the better part of three years, trying a different shoe in the process only to return to the Brooks. Very comfortable and reliable shoe. Great for long runs. Only complaint would be the shoe consistently needs to be replace around 300 miles; but I get every penny out of the shoe!
Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I bought these purposely becuase I was using them for work but at the same time to run in. They are a good stability shoe for walking around purposes but not a good running shoe. I have a lot of trouble striking the foot without pain in the calvs. I noticed someone else put pain in the calvs. I had shin splints after running in them along with way too much calv pain. I have run in saucony and nike before this and plan on going back. They are not worth it for anything of a 5K and further. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: This is is my first pair of Adrenalines and I have to say they are a big disappointment. On my very first run I had pain in both calves which I never had in my old (650+ miles) Nike Air Zoom Steens. I have had to resort to insoles for additional cushioning which has helped a fair amount. I bought these at a specialty running store because I am fairly new to running and wanted to get the right shoe. Maybe I just got a bad fit from the salesman, but this is definitely not the shoe for me. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I developed severe knee pain after starting C25k training, usually after only 1-2 miles. This was my first time buying a stability shoe. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: Just bought my last pair and a pair of the the new Adrenaline 10. The guy on the sales floor said that the 10 is even better than the 9. I'll find out soon! Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I am 5'-6" about 155lbs with flat feet. Previously I wore Mizuno Renegades, but after an IT Band Injury I switched to these upon advice of a shoe "guy." They are flexible and my IT band feels great. If you have flat feet are are a smaller runner, this shoe works. For me, a motion control shoe was not flexible enough and basically rocking all my joints. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I was a loyal Asics fan of the 2100 series until i found the Adrenaline GTS 8's. They were the best shoes i ever had and i bought multiple pairs. So much so that i bought a pair of 9's (reviews said not much had changed) without ever trying them on. The 9's are quite posibly the worst shoes i have ever used. I have 35 miles (very painful) on them and just bought some new shoes. The 9's seem stiff and hard do not have a good ride. Just 3 miles in them sends pain up my left shin which miraculously goes away when i put on my 8's, which have 500+ miles. I would not recommend the 9's to any of my friends, nor will i ever use them again. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I am training for a fall marathon in these and have happy with them. They are soft and stable. Just ran 12 miles in them and they felt good. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I've tried every brand available over the last 41 years looking for that perfect shoe - this is as close as I've come - other than the incresing price I have no complaints. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: Great shoe. Fits my custom orthotics perfectly. Low heel and good cushioning. I've tried Nike, and numerous ASICS models but keep coming back to these. 5'11" 200lbs. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: Have used asics for many years, great shoes, but as I have grown older my arches have flatend out,and needed more support in that area.the GT9s have really worked out well for me. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: After starting out with the 7s and running over 1000 miles on numerous 8s the 9s are horrible. I did a 16 miler last week and an 9 mile run today. The cushioning seems to be much less especially in the forefoot area. They are brand new and they feel like they already have 250 miles on them. I also had sore knees after wearing these. Very disappointed, I should also mention that I have wide feet so I wear EE. Time to try a new brand?. Comments about Mens Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9 Running Shoe: I apologize for the last review I wrote. That was intended for GTS 8. I have not tried the GTS 9 yet.
