Nice soft upper with a glove-like feel. If you weigh less then 160 pounds and are more of a forefoot runner give this shoe a try. Shoe has a light feel and yet still very protective. Most important is the natural foot plant feeling this shoe gives me.

Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. This is a terrific comfortable and lightweight shoe. Great for triathlons with or without socks. Wore it for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and could not be happier.

Sorry, this shoe was constructed very rough in my opinion.
The general material, especially the tongue are scratchy, not good over any distance
