Comments about Womens K-SWISS Blade-Light Run Running Shoe: I really like running in the Blade-Lights, as long as I stick to the road or the track. These shoes are not to be used on any kind of off-road surface. I run along the canals here in Phoenix which is a flat surface of packed dirt. The bases of the shoes were almost completely ruined with little pebbles stuck in the grooves of the shoe. The grooves are extremely flexible and made out of a foam-like material so I had to dig out the pebbles to make sure the shoes weren't ruined. That being said, on the road and the track, these shoes feel great! They are super light and very comfortable.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens K-SWISS Blade-Light Run Running Shoe: I run on the treadmill and outside three times a week no less than 3 miles each time. The width is more narrow than I was used to but now love it. It helps with my running comfort. I used my older tennis shoes by accident and realized how much I love my new ones.

She loves the lightness and cushioning and says they are very breathable. She wore the KSwiss Run Naturals previous to this shoe and like the Blade Light Run way more.
