After 30+ years of running, this is my favorite shoe. Plenty of cushioning, very lightweight, and it feels like I'm fairly close to the ground, unlike other shoes where I've felt like I was running on a big pad. These Mizunos also feel great with my orthotics added. I'm looking forward to running my best marathon next month wearing these shoes!

When I first put this shoe on, it felt like the arch support was really far back on my foot. Turns out when I run, it's right where it needs to be. I have been using them in conjuction with barefoot training. I haven't been able to go over a couple miles with barefeet, so I needed a lightweight, race shoe. This shoe has been wonderful! It is fast and provides comfortable support. I don't have the usual knee pain I get with heavier shoes when I wear these.

I race walk. this shoes has a lower heel and good flexibility. The toebox is perfect for walkers. The shoe is lightweight. I race walk half marathons and the shoe is excellent for this. I also wear orthodics. It does run a full size larger than your regular shoes.

I have always worn Saucony, but heard from my running partner that she loves Mizuno. We run 4 days a week for 8 miles and I was unsure of change but with her strong recommendation I tried the Mizuno. They fit differently - the heal was so well cushioned and fit snugly that my feet do not get tired or wear out. The ventilation is great, and there is plenty of room for my wide toe area. The more I run in them the better they feel. The first couple of times I wore them I was not happy because it seemed that my toes went numb early on, but I no longer have that problem. (maybe because I do not tie my laces as tight as I used to.) I am in total agreement with my friend about Mizuno being a great shoe.

I run approximately 30-35 miles per week and these shoes are great. They fit like a glove (size one full size up) and the toe box is wide enough that your toes don't rub. I Really like the arch support. These are my new favoraite running shoes!!!

I really like this shoe. It is very lightweight and has a great arch support for high arches. I also have pretty wide feet and these shoes are very comfortable to wear. The shoes are a little stiff at first but once you run in them for a little while they losen up and feel great.
