Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: Just ordered my 2nd pair and love them. After trying various brands and fits, I have settled on the Wave Runner 15. This shoe is awesome whether you are running outside or hitting the elliptical. I used Brooks and Saucony shoes for a few years and never really got the support I needed. With on going foot problems (planter fascitis), the Wave Rider 15 is the only shoe that I can run with or just hit the gym with.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: They fit well, they wear well, they have gray laces so I don't have to worry about washing the laces. They are great, and Road Runner's service is great, too.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: Good looking shoe - not "rainbow bright" colors - lasts long time on gravel & pavement mix

Best Uses Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: This shoe was very disappointing. I loved the Mizuno waver rider 13 and thought I should move up to the 15. Boy was I wrong. The shoe felt so bulky on my feet. I got heel pain in both legs and I tried to break them in but couldn't stand to run in them. I don't know what changes the company made in these shoes going from the 13 to the 15, but it didn't work for me.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: Great shoe but I had to go up a full size. I wear an 8.5 in running shoes but this was too small so I went to a 9. Perfect.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: Very happy with these shoes! I've been a loyal Wave Rider fan for years, but the 14 was a disappointment. I switched to the Brooks Ghost, but ended up with some major calf issues. Got the 15's when they came out and the calf issue is gone. I couldn't run consistently for 3-4 months, but since getting the 15's I'm back to full speed. Thanks Mizuno!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: I have a wide foot and ordered accordingly, half a size up from my street shoe. The toe box wasn't wide enough, I think, because I still got blisters between my toes. I initially noticed a 'hump' under the outer arch area that was weird but not too bothersome during my run. Overall, these shoes felt stiff and unresponsive, and the above reviewer was right--the shoes are disturbingly loud. Returned the shoes.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: I've been running in the Wave Inspire 6 & 7 models for the past 2 years. I bought this model b/c it was the only one on Road Runner available in a 9 wide. (FYI - I normally wear an 8 regular, but this was the size I was outfitted with at a local runner's store so I've stuck with it.) This model did not disappoint! Felt wonderful & sturdy on my first run, no break in required. The soles feel sturdy with good traction while at the same time flexible and not too hard.

Best Uses Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: Ugh, what's up with the 15s! I've been running in WRs since around 11 or 12 and have LOVED them. At first, I wore them with special cushioned insoles (purchased online), then I finally got custom insoles last year, which worked great with the shoe. Now come the 15s. The "flow" from heal to toe during foot strike is awful. I feel like my feet are slapping the pavement. They're a bit better on trails, but overall, I'm totally disappointed in this shoe. Sadly, after being a loyal WR-wearer for several versions, I'm going to go find another shoe. It was a great "run", Mizuno...wish we didn't have to part ways!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: I'd been wearing Saucony Ride for the past 3 years but was having some foot/leg/knee pain. Switched to the Mizuno Wave Runner 15 and right out of the box they were perfect! Both long and short runs and NO PAIN!!! LOVE them and would defninitely recommend to anyone!
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: Band in heel area (heel collar?) causes tremendous pain to outside of foot under ankle. This feature was new last year with the 14 model, and is continued this year. This shoe is recommended for underpronators, but when your foot turns out, the band in the heel presses into the soft tissue of the outer foot.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 15 Running Shoe: After trying on several "neutral" shoes, I have finally found one that is. Most shoes have medial posting or an outward lean even if they are described as neutral. This shoe is straight and even--doesn't do anything for or against your gait. Protects you from asphalt and nothing more. Isn't that what shoes are supposed to do?? Thank you Mizuno for dithching the 14 and coming up with this gem!!
