I absolutely LOVE the new Nike Zoom Shift FB's!
It's the perfect combination of a light & quick 800 spike and a comfortable & cushioned 5000 spike!
Prefer these over any other Nike distance spike that's out.
Definitely recommend these to any middle and/or long distance runner who wants success on the track!

maybe you (DISATISFIED)should not be an ogre and have size 17 size feet. what are you like 7 feet tall too? Are you gonna complain about pants being to short for your 5 foot legs? Rate how good the spike is not your disgust in your foot size!
