Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: great for me I have bunions and pronate these did the trick but must buy 1 full size larger
Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: After reading the reviews for this shoe, I decided to give them a try. Like TJ in an earlier post, I also found the toebox to be quite tight-fitting across. (TJ, I also had the same problem w/ the Vomeros, but I am currently wearing the Max Moto 7's with decent results) .The width was fine, but just not a very deep shoe. I even ordered a 1/2 size up as I do with my other Nike running shoes, but found these to be even smaller. Just after wearing them around my house I don't think I can run in them. No way! They are going back. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: These shoes provide excellent shock absorption, from my week of using them so far. The one problem I've experienced is that the right collar hits my right ankle bone and causes discomfort; I'm hoping to "find a cure" and everything will be great. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: I have been running in them for the past two weeks. They feel great, true to size, and they fit just right to my feet. I like them a lot! Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: I like these shoes for less than 13 miles but they give me a nasty blood blister on the side of the ball of my right foot. Not sure why. I like that they have less stiching on top and your toes can move freely. They are a good design that was greatly improved upon with the nike lunarglide Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: A very comfortable shoe and at first I thought I'd found THE shoe I'd been looking for: room for my bunions and my orthotics. Unfortunately, the toe box doesn't afford enough space for the orthotics & the bunion. Ran in them out of the box without socks because I feared they'd be too tight with socks. They worked aside from a blister on the arch side of my mid-foot caused by a seam, and a blister under my bunion (similar problem experienced w/ the Vomero 3)which might have been a product of not wearing socks. Then wore them w/ thinnest socks possible, lots of tension across the forefoot where the bunion is. I'll run in them a few more times (with different socks configurations) to see if they wear in. Lots of thanks to help from RRS telephone customer service agent! Keep on truckin' Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: The most comfortable running shoe ever. I even had room for the inserts I use. I usually wear a size 6, but I went with the recommendation to go 6 1/2 instead and it was perfect. I ran with them for the first time today with no problems. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: I get lots of complements on its looks. Very good cushioning. Need to only use for running and not good for other activities such as aerobics classes. The shoe is definately not designed (there is a "lip" that protrudes on each side of the shoe) for any side to side movements. Took a nose dive recently in a cardio kickboxing class because of it! Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: Best shoe I have run a marathon in! I read the previous review and made sure to wear a bandaid to protect my heels until they were broken in. I can see where they would have caused some discomfort there if I hadn't heeded the warnings. Can't beat the lunarfoam, I had absolutely no muscle soreness after 26.2 miles. Stocking up on these! Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: Amazing shoe! I tried the Lunaracer and i almost got a stress fracture but these are absolutely amazing! There is so much confort that I can't even believe it. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: These shoes are freakin' amazing! If I look at all of the runners in my closet at the moment (Vomero 3, PI Streak, Mizuno Inspire, Asics Kayano) these would be my 'go-to' choice. Unbelievably cushioned for a lightweight trainer! Those out there who are interested in Newtons, should look at these first. Having run in a pair of Newts for a month (and subsequently returned them), I can honestly say that these shoes meet the needs of my mid-foot landing way more than any other shoe ever has. Must be that waffle design on the bottom. I'm in complete love. Standard running shoes size. I'm a size 8 in all runners except Mizuno (where I'm an 8.5). I have ample toe room in a size 8 in the Lunar Trainers. Also, I have not experienced the achilles rubbing that has been mentioned in other posts. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: These shoes are SO awesome (cute, too! :D)! Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: Liked the look and amount of cushioning for the weight of the shoe; however it did not fit as well as other Nike shoes that I have worn (Triax, Air max moto). The back heel collar seemed too high and rubbed my ankle bone. It was tolerable for a short run but, for the price, I wanted a more than tolerable shoe. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: This shoe felt fine for runs under 7 miles, but when I ran longer (up to 13 miles) it rubbed my achiles unil both my feet were bleeding. I had blisters up both medial sides of my feet. Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: This is the most perfect shoe I every had! Comments about Womens Nike LunarTrainer+ Running Shoe: Best shoe out there right now...period! Light, comfortable and the bright yellow soles are amazing. I feel springy running on this lunar foam. Several half marathons down wearing them and absolutely no sore muscles afterward. Can't rave about this shoe enough! The higher heel will rub your achilles for a week or so until you break them in. Suck it up and wear bandaids and you'll be pleased with the end result!
