I suffer from lower back pain quite often. These shoes have totally eliminated the pain. The engineering that allows this much "cushiony" impact absorption, yet providing tremedous stability is truly unique to this shoe.

Nice shoes, good fit, light and cushioned. I weigh 235 and run 60-Plus miles per week. My only problem is they have no side support and I have found myself coming out of them on side-hill grass terrain.
