      Nike continues to put out a great product! These shoes have great cushioning and are very durable. I run approx 30 mi/week and these shoes are very comfortable fro someone that enjoys extra cushioning.

            This is the 3rd pair of aimmax shoes that I have owned over the last 3 years. I mistakenly got away from them to try to save a few bucks and learned the hard way that that was a huge mistake. My knees and hip flexor were screaming. I have now gotten my new airmax and as if by magic I feel great all over. The cushion of air absorbs all impact and my feet feel like they have been slipped into a comfy pair of gloves. I just ordered a back up pair in advance.

                I wore my AirMax 2009s out. I alternate between the Air Max and the Vomeros and like both. The AirMax seem to be friendlier on my knees, but the Vomeros are a little easier on my feet. I run about 12 miles a week and am a large (6'3 240) man, and have not had any issues while running with these. They start out a little stiff. I would not take off on a long run right out of the box with these like you can with the Vomeros. I wore them on some shorter runs and walked around about a week in them before I used them on a longer run. Other than that, they are great.
