Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I really like the look of these shoes and thought they would be comparable to the LunarElite's I bought last year. I have not had a great run in these shoes yet and feel the support does not conform to my foot as indicated. The shoe itself is built for a 'tall' foot and has too much bulk in the upward body.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I am a heavier runner, 6'0 and 195 lbs. I used to wear the Asics Gel Kayanos, but am permanently switching to the lunareclipse. I am training for a marathon and am logging between 16-30 miles a week on these shoes and they are holding up great. I don't have any leg or knee pain when I'm running and no blisters or rubbing. I usually wear at 10.5 or 11, went with the 11 and they fit great.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: Wow. I took a chance and ran a marathon in these shoes before road testing them. My few miles with them on the treadmill were great, so I entrusted them for the long haul. They were great! It was 26.2 miles of wet snow and puddles yet my feet survived just fine. No blisters, well-cushioned and lightweight (a gold star considering the wet conditions). I overpronate and have had surgery on both my feet so need superior stability and a wide toe box. I ordered up a half size which worked well. My only complaint is the look of these shoes. The flourescent pink and yellow need to be seriously toned down.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I am 63. I have been running for years. I used to do marathons and 10ks, etc. Now I simply try to turn out 30 miles or so a week. Being older I have to take care of knees and ankles and feet, etc. These shoes do all that for me. I cannot wait to put them on for a run. Just when I thought Nike was losing something in the quality of their shoes, the Lunar Eclpise comes along. I love these running shoes. Just be sure to order a half size down from the other Nikes.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I've been struggling to find shoes that work from me. I loved the Nike Structure Triax 12 but became pregnant and they no longer fit. Post-pregnancy I tried the Triax 13 but I experienced foot and ankle pain. After I tried several other shoes in a combination of different sizes, I decided on the LunarEclipse+. Initially, I was disappointed with how narrow it was in the forefoot. I was sure that the constant pressure was going to lead to pain during a run. I also felt that it was not as cushioned as the Structure. Additionally, I didn't care for the stiffness of the upper material, it seems to buckle when I walk. When I finally took them for a run, I was pleasantly surprised. While I missed the cushioning of the Structure, I loved how snug they were on my heels and I didn't have foot or ankle pain during or post run. During the run, I didn't even feel the pressure from the narrowness in the forefoot. This is just my impression from my first run, I'll have to check back after I've logged more miles.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I was skeptical of the dynamic support but since it does seem that one of my feet needs more than the other and not all the time, that this might be the shoe to try. Since I tend toward a wide in most shoes, when I pulled these out of the box and saw how narrow they looked I thought.."there is no way this shoe is going to work" I couldn't believe when I put it on, even though they initially felt a little snug...as soon as I started moving in them the snugness went away and I barely knew they were there. I love them! I've only been running in them for about 4 months but I've reached 8 miles on my long runs and so far so good...everything feels awesome! I'm getting ready to buy another pair to start alternating and I pray that Nike doesn't "new and improve" anything about them. They are perfect just as they are!! The Lunar Eclipse is my Prince Charming!

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: The Saucony Triumph 5 & 6 was my dream shoe. I have also run in Mizuno Creation. This Nike was comfortable but the toebed is narrow and causes blistering during short runs. I also have acquired a turned out stride on the right while wearing these. I think they are a shoe better suited to a narrow footed runner with no supination problems. I am high arched and didn't have arch problems, I have a narrow heel and these fit well in the heel.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I am a Soldier in the Army and we do some type of running five days a week. I have flat feet and usually get motion control shoes however these were suggested to me when I returned from IRAQ. I love them, my knees don't hurt when I run, and my arches feel fine. The only downfall for a regular runner is that these shoes need to be replaced around the 3 to 3.5 month mark. I am on my 2nd and 3rd pair but I alternate them to help them last longer. Definitely get a half size larger than normal, width is great. First time I am able to run in NIKE shoes........

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: The shoe is perfect from day one. No need to wear in the shoe, it is comfortable the minute you slip it on. I know the price is a lot but I am ready to get a second pair for when these ones wear out!

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I walk/run marathons. These shoes have great cushioning. I sent back my first pair and got a 1/2 size smaller because of the heel box. It is still a little big. I have to tie the shoelaces to snug down the heel. I love the cushioning and stability.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I was anxious to try these shoes because I was looking for a lightweight, responsive shoe with pronation control. They live up to the billing. They have just enough stability to alleviate overpronation but not so much that they prevent you from loading your glutes. This shoe feels fast. They have more cushioning in the forefoot which is great for a midfoot striker. They also have good flexibility typical of nikes. Where they differ is that they are longer and narrower than any of the other nikes I have owned. They feel about 1/4 - 1/2 size too big. They are tight around the heel and snug to the front of the foot. The bottom of the shoe rates a 5, the top of the shoe a 4 because of the fit around the top of the foot.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: Thank the running gods for Lunar Eclipse! Had good marathons with Equalon 3 then had to switch to Equalon 4 when the former were discontinued. Size was smaller, couldn't go up a half size as the heel was too sloshy. Was in foot purgatory during my last marathon. Then I got the Lunar Eclipse and this is the most amazing shoe I've used. Fits true to size even with my custom orthotics. I trained for 2 months and ran a half marathon last weekend in the Lunars and was amazed by how great my feet felt during and afterwards. Light weight, great support. Lunar Eclipse ARE DA BOMB! Highly recommended for marathon training and racing.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: Thank the running gods for Lunar Eclipse. Was happy training/running with Equalon 3 then once I couldn't get these had to switch to Equalon 4. The sizing changed which led to jammed toes and tired feet during marathons, even with only 100-200 miles on them. Recently got Lunar Eclipse and I haven't been happier. Your feet feel more freedom with less restriction over the top yet foot is secured and cushioned below. Sizing is perfect even with custom orthotics. Just ran a half marathon in these..my feet were not sore at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Comments about Womens Nike LunarEclipse+ Running Shoe: I run several miles a week and this is a very comfortable shoe. I love the colors only I wish it didnt have so much white on the front, they look like nurses shoes when you wear them with long pants. The pronation control is great and I do feel like I'm running on clouds!
