    I had a track meet one Friday, and my coach said that I needed new shoes (I run 800m and 1600m). The old ones had been giving my arches blisters, too. The next meet was only 9 days after that, and with my new shoes I dropped 10 seconds from my 800m PR and 12 seconds from my 1600m PR!
