      I love the way this new 3.0 Free fits! It's snug and comfortable and gives me the minimal amount of cushion underfoot without being too extreme like a barefoot shoe. Best part... I don't need socks and have not had any blisters!

        I have wide feet and low arches and normally wear a size 6 1/2. I purchased a half size larger and with thin socks, the shoes fit perfect. They didn't feel too tight even with wide feet. The shoes are very lightweight and flexible. I would definitely recommend Nike free 3.0 to my friends.

            VERY happy with these shoes. They're extremely comfortable and very light weight. I did not purchase them to run in but rather to wear walking the dogs, to/from yoga, on errands... and they're just perfect for that. The colors are fun and a bit overwhelming but I don't mind making a statement. Have considered buying another pair but will wait until I retire these.

              This shoe is like a glove for the foot. It is essentially one piece that you slide your foot into but can still pull tighter with the laces although you don't need to. Would suit an average to narrow foot due to the design.

                          I have been wearing the Saucony Kinvara for a year and loved how light and minimal they were, but was never happy with how floppy they felt on my long, narrow, high-arched foot. I ordered the Free to see how they compared and I'm extremely happy with these. Be aware that it's a really snug-feeling shoe and probably isn't for you if your foot is at all wide. I generally wear a 10 in running shoes and probably would have been good with even a 10.5 in this, but after three weeks they've loosened up just a bit. I still have to wear thinner socks, though. In summary, I haven't needed a break-in period since I've been in minimal shoes for a while. Very happy with this snug, slipper-like, very light shoe.
