Run at least 4 days a week running about 4 to 6 miles. Sometimes I train for marathons which involves longer runs and more running each week. This shoes seems to be holding up good and is truly comfortable from the first time I put them on my feet. For me the shoe could actually have a little more room; it seems just a little narrow. I usually wear a normal with but this was snug. Great shoe and love it for running. Glad I tried it in stead of another Ascis.

    First shoe I bought because I liked the looks. I used them for long training runs 8 to 20 miles. When I wear them I get dozen of comments on great shoes, cool, etc. Never before have I received so many comments on my shoes.
