I have been running in Hurricanes for 10 years, best shoe ever. I have narrow heels, low arch and need room in toe box and these fit like they were made for me, and provide great support and wear well. Keep making hurricanes Saucony.

Watch your width on ordering. Narrow heel cup and wide toe box are interesting mix. In most Saucony I wear Medium width. In this one I needed to order wide because the heel cup was so pronounced that it compressed the back of my foot. Almost gave up on the shoe but decided to try in wide and it was nearly perfect, ( now the toe is a touch wide and I need to lace tightly.) That being said, I love to run in this shoe.

I am usually a Brooks girl to the death, but I picked up these shoes to add to my arsenal at the suggestion of a friend, and I'm thrilled. They are cushioned but not clunky, they are roomy in the toebox, and they don't give me any problems whatsoever. I have been rotating them in with my marathon training and have been nothing but happy with them. Would recommend to anyone needing a reliable and versatile stability shoe.

After running on expired shoes for most of the winter, I finally purchased these shoes. A loyal Mizuno Wave Alchemy wearer for years, I decided to give these Sauconys a try. The first day I bought them, I did a 32K long run on pavement. Wow. What a noticeably comfortable run- and I even forgot to apply Body Glide. I have wide feet, and I find the arch lock hugs just perfectly. The toe is just roomy enough. We'll see how they handle Boston and Comrades!

Not crazy about the color, but this is a great shoe. Also shoe feels heavy, but I need that extra cushioning. Has a good wide toe box with a narrower heel....fits perfect!

True saucony fan! I switched to them after a friend suggested trying them. I need a shoe that has a taller toe box and this one delivers. Since switching to these shoes, I have not lost a toe nail! What a relief. I would highly recommend this brand.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, comfort and durability of this product. With a tight budget these days, I could no longer afford the higher-end Sauconies (my favorites for the past 20 years). This shoe was on special, and it fit within my budget parameters. I was genuinely surprised and would definitely order it again.

Works well with my orthodics - reluctantly switched from NB1222 and 1223 when that line no longer came in my small size, but I am now an avid Saucony wearer. I am disappointed thought that Saucony is now discontinuing my small size 5 in the Hurricane 12's.

I've been a Sacony fan for over 20 years, but the shoes seems to get narrow, now they are perfect again. Sacony has the cutout in the heel, this has been a great feature and reversed and prevented many foot problems. It absorbs a lot of impact and it has worked for me.

I have been wearing Hurricanes for 15 yrs and love them. The 11 the toe box seems a little smaller but it still fits great. Great for narrow heels.

Love at first run! I'm a heavy, female, distance runner with underpronation issues. I was a Saucony fan in the '80s and left because they wore out too quickly. Came back because of the reviews on the Hurricane 11 and chronic Achilles tendonitis, which was beginning to interrupt training. I ran five today and no leg pain or issues! These seem to be the fix for me.

So far these shoes have been great. I haven't been running regularly since I got them due to completely unrelated injuries (really bad sunburn, etc) but the few runs I have had have been great. I feel very light on my feet and feel like the shoes are moving me forward. I typically feel like I am stomping when I am running and have had trouble with my feet going numb but that is all changed with these new shoes.

After two knee surgeries, this shoe has helped me get back out running. Good support and right amount of cushion without a lot of weight. Holds up well in the gym and on the road!

I've been struggling trying to find the perfect shoe since Asics Kayano took a lacing spin -- Other than the Brooks Trance this is my go to shoe - I just purchased my third pair of these and love them - Nice glove like fit- I struggle with heel pain and this shoe helps keep it at bay. Definately worth a try if you are in search of a dependable running partner!
