Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: Saucony has provided a very good update to what was already an excellent shoe. I'm 6'2" and 180 lbs with a narrow foot, moderate pronation, and mid-foot strike. Foot size is 10.5 and I take an 11 in this model. Average 25 miles per week (higher during marathon training season). Previously worn brands include Asics 2130/2140, Nike Air Structure Triax, Brooks Adrenaline GTS series, and Saucony Omni 8. Pros

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: First and foremost, I like these shoes. These (and the Guide 1s I had previously) are and were my "go to" shoes for long runs. They fit well, and have been comfortable and blister free, averaging about 39 miles/week over the past year. They do have one significant flaw though: foot perspiration stays in the shoe. I noticed this in the previous model, and in this it seems to be worse -- after just 7 or 8 miles at 80 degrees and 50% humidity, the shoes literally slosh with each footfall. In a less demanding climate, I'm sure they'll do well, but I'm looking for a different shoe to finish out the summer in the South.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: I have to say, the Shoe Dog picked a great shoe for me! I went in to my local RoadRunner store and was fitted for these. The staff was great, and very helpful and attentive.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: So far the ProGrid Guide 3 has been quite good. I had a pair of the original Guide and loved the balance of cushion and support. So far these only have about 30 miles and haven't seen more than 5 miles in a single run. If they're anything like the original they will get even better after a few more runs. I'm 5'9" and 140lbs and these provide great support overall. I haven't had any ITB issues since switching to the Saucony line.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: I bought these sneaks based on advise from the Road Runner store associate. I trained in them for 18 weeks for my first marathon and completed the marathon in March of 2011. I like them and think they are great.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: I am 6'2" - 175 and run about 20-25 miles a week and lift...these are the best running shoes I have had! Great support and very comfortable! I have always used New Balance and wanted to try something new since I recently have been experiencing pain in my heal and my NB's have been wearing our much quicker? Glad I tried these - I have a low arch and these have been great (go one full size up) - highly recommended.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: I walk 2 miles outdoors every day. These shoes fit well at 1/2 size up vs my dress shoes. They are comfortable, durable and I would buy again.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: Excellent shoe right out of the box!! Was told to switch to a stability shoe by my Physical Therapist because of hip issues. I have been running in Progrid Triumphs for the last three years. Decided to give the Brooks Adreniline 10's a try and was not impressed, my gut told me to stick to Saucony and I should have trusted it. Ordered the Guides after giving the Adrenilines a couple of runs and have no regrets. These shoes are just as good as the Triumph and gives me the extra stability that I need. If your looking for a light weight, comfortable stability shoe you can't go wrong with the Guide. If I didn't know better I would swear that Saucony has a mold of my foot that they use when designing their shoes.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: got them to replace a worn pair of shoes that had been discontinued. Saucony always fits well and has a good ride. These are a little stiff feeling out of the box, but feel pretty good on the road so far.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: Great shoe! I'm waaaay too analytical about my shoes and the way the fit/feel. After many in-store, at-home, on road, shoe & brand trials over the past few years, I'm settled on these Saucony ProGrid Guide shoes. The fit well and perform great: Laced evenly, good even cush on the strike, nice support through the step, good smooth but not over padded in forefoot, then a nice momentum positive roll-off. I'm a 6'3" 225lb 4-5per year 8.5mm Half-Marathon runner with a standard arch and I'm sold on these shoes. A "must try" shoe.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 Running Shoe: I love the fit of this shoe! I wore two pairs of the ProGrid Guide 2's before switching over to the Mizuno Wave Inspire. Now I'm back. I love the support and lightness, and this shoe just fits my narrow foot a little more snuggly. The toebox of the Wave Inspire felt a little sloppy to me. Durability is about average for me (6 ft. 150 lbs.).
