I use these to run half Marathon.....for me 4 mm heel to toe was pretty big adjustment....I also use Saucony Guide at 9mm......Mirage 2 has enough stability for half marathon....Warning these outsoles are slick on wet pavement....overall Saucony is doing some good stuff with these Mirage 2

Good distance shoe. But i thought of this as more of a lightweight, racing shoe. In track, i have the previous version, and i love to use them in distance and mid distance, however, when running in these, i feel uncomfertable and sluggish. But in the end, is a good shoe to just go out on runs with
