    I ran a 50 mile trail race in this shoe and found the shoe to be terrific. It's light, great cushioning, very responsive, great traction and integrated "quick pull" laces ensure a great fit and easy to get off/on. The outer shoe is also very protective where I have had other shoes rip on sticks and rocks. Also breathable enough your feet don't heat up and blister.
