        Can not say enough how much I LOVE this shoe. Love the lace system - no pinching. Maybe not the best choice for a bootcamp or quick-foot type gym workout because your foot kinda "rolls" out, but will work for that. But running... how GREAT are they!! Flattering with my "big girl" thighs. Easy and quick to get on and off. Great cushion and they're just SO cool looking!

        I bought these shoes when I started training for a sprint triathlon and loved them for that. Once I started putting more miles in, it felt like they broke down quickly. The longest run I wore them on while training for my sprint tri was about 4 miles. After, I tried to go 6-7 miles in them, the balls of my feet were killing me! I did not have that many miles on the shoes either! So I am not sure if they are broke down or just not good for longer runs! I was disappointed because I had paid so much for the shoes! When I first got them, they felt GREAT, almost like they had a bounce to them!

          These shoes are so comfortable and light weight. I thought that they might not have enough support and cushion since they are lighter weight but they have been pleasantly surprising in this area.
          I believe they are for triathlons and are made to drain water well and be light weight for racing, and the lining is made so you don't have to use socks as there are no internal seams to rub your foot (very nice). They would be perfect for this, I just wear them for my regular runs and they are working great for that as well!
          Like most running shoes order a half size larger.
