I have had these trail shoes for 4 months. During that time I run and hiked minimally in them, about once every two weeks for 3 or 4 miles and they are shot. the soles are wearing off. When landing on rocks which is unavoidable in the AZ dessert I FEEL them. If you are running on a soft grassy path they may be ok.
