Pros Cons Best Uses Ok, I am a VIP member but purchased these from another vendor due to them being so hard to locate. Nike did a good job by marketing these to compared to Reebok Nano 4's, but a terrible I repeat terrible job of having enough supply. They decided to produce way too many colors versus concentrating on a few. Speaking of colors, I wish they kept them basic instead of making them look like clown shoes. I purchased the white, black and violet (bright purple) but that was all I could find in my size 10.
Pros
Cons Best Uses I wear Reebok Nanos in every iteration - in size 11. That IS my size. Nike running shoes, though, I have in size 11.5...and they fit perfectly. My recommendation - DON'T order these a half size up. I have the Metcon in an 11.5 and they feel like clown shoes; the same shoe in an 11, though, and it's perfect.

Love these shoes overall. I have had the Nano 4.0, Which sit in my closet and will never wear again. I've had the Inov8 Flite-235, which is a great shoe, just no cushioning. This shoe is a great fit for an overall training shoe. Has enough cushioning for jumping, impact movements and is still stable enough for lifting. the only and I mean only complaint i have with the shoe is this. The insole is very thick and causes the flex and lateral stability of the shoe to suffer slightly. I hope in the next generation they thin out the insole and make it more flexible and this show would be the ultimate shoe. I am 6'5 and 295, I need cushion. These Metcons are exactly what the Dr. ordered in that Department.

I use these four to five times per week for CrossFit. They have been great for running, box jumps and lifting. Very stable platform. Nike has set the bar for CrossFit shoes.

Cons
Best Uses AWSOME!! Very comfortable and supportive. I like everything about them, just took forever to get. I preordered them and dates kept getting pushed back. Frustrating part was people were selling them before I got mine even though I preordered.
