Vivosmart is great

Best Uses

    I've had the tracker for almost a week. So far I'm super impressed. I've downloaded the Garmin Connect software and synced everything to MyFitnessPal. This is working very well together. So far I've got no complaints. The watch is lightweight and comfortable on my wrist - even with other jewelry on the same wrist.

    I'm a small but not petite woman and the "small" size fits loose and comfortably on the largest setting where I can still get a finger under the strap. The large would likely be too big.

    Thus far, the steps and calories out seems accurate. Autogoal setting for steps will adjust based on activity levels. That's a no brainer that a novice fitness tracking individual can appreciate. I've played tennis twice since getting the device and I'm very pleased with the tracking results.

    The sleep tracking is pretty amazing. It shows restlessness during the night based on movement. Simple but effective.

    The Garmin Connect software dashboard is also very easy to read and displays information clearly in graphs. The dashboard is customizable but I have not done that yet.

    I'm excited that it is waterproof to 50 m. I spend time at the pool with my kids who love when I swim with them.

    Notifications are a cool feature. Bluetooth pairing with my iPhone. I can be in a meeting at work or even at a restaurant and see texts, calendar events, incoming calls - without taking my phone out of my purse.

    I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet.
