Cons Best Uses I have been running in the Army for 21 years. I wish I was using these shoes the whole. I feel like my feet are 20 years younger. Good job Newton. I will be a repeat customer.
 Pros Cons Best Uses I'm a longtime Newton fan. Running in all the Gravity and Distance versions. The version 4 Gravity is simply awesome! It has super POP and fits like a glove. I thought the three's had some heel slip and were a bit roomy in the toes. The new tongue is not a big concern but it would have been a better design in my opinion to have some fixed points or sewn in better. It does tend to slide down and to the side. Hello Better!
Pros Cons Best Uses I'm a marathon runner and I've run in all 3 of the previous Gravity versions. I wish I could say that the Gravity IV continues to improve on a good thing but in my case the fit on this version is just a little too roomy in the forefoot for my liking whereas III fit me like a glove (I'm a size 10, normal width). I believe there's also a problem with the new design of the tongue which I assume to save some weight is no longer padded. The result is that it doesn't grip and slides to the side while running and or bunches up at the toe, making for a sloppy fit. So if you run in no show or low tab socks you'll probably have an unpadded plastic tongue rubbing against your ankle.
