These devices make me visible to cars when I have to cross streets, and they make me very visible to other runners and bikers out on the running/biking trails. I've had lots of bikers thank me for being visible, and I definitely notice that cars give me room for the short stretches of my run which are on the streets. The product grips my show so tightly that I've never had a problem with them coming off during a run, and I've used them ~200 times. Great product!

Best Uses I like the idea and it was really visible. But the light relies on ridges on each end to "clamp" to your shoe. I lost mine on only my third night run. A bummer because I like the idea (and need all the help I can get to encourage motorists to pay attention), but the light just needs some alternative way to attach to your shoe.
