Best Uses
These shows were recommended by my podiatrist to help me address plantar fascia issues. They've been successful in that regard and have also worked as comfortable everyday training shoes. I have had four pairs now. I am a midfoot/forefoot runner and my one complaint is that the forefoot cushioning breaks down a little earlier than it does on other shoes. But it does give me an excuse to buy a new pair that much sooner.
