Best Uses OK, so I only have about 20 miles in these shoes so far. With that said, they are without a doubt the most comfortable running shoes I have. I also have Mizuno Inspire 9, Mizuno Enigma 3, Saucony Ride 7 and Skechers GoRun Ultra 2. My shoes of choice out of my previous shoes were the Ultra 2 due to the soft ride. However, they just don't wear that well. I have just over 200 miles on them and there is significant wear on the heels. The Strada have a harder material where it counts in the wear areas and I don't think I will have as big a problem with wear. They have excellent heel and especially good midfoot cushioning. They are a bit warm, but every shoe is warm in Houston spring/summer running. They seem more responsive than the Ultra 2 and the toe box is roomy as opposed to the Saucony Ride 7s I own. I will continue to run in these for both training and races. I own the red ones and they are really good looking. Skechers laces (in general) are great and I never have to double knot them and have not had them come loose. The lateral support in the Strada is better than the Ultra and the weight seems about the same. I would say that if they could lose 1 ounce that would be fantastic. These shoes should be getting more attention.
