Comments about Mens ASICS GEL-Craze TR 2 Mid Cross Training Shoe:
Don't use running shoes to work out, use these. This is only my second pair of cross training shoes. They are super neutral and stable which helps for keeping the correct form when doing any standing exercise. I wish I had used a dedicated cross trainer sooner. These are mids, they are low around the back of the ankle with more support on the front of it. Comfortable bootie-like feel, good flexibility to use the top of your foot.
