Reviewed by 2 customers Displaying reviews 1-2  I have been a huge Gel Kayano fan for years, but cannot fit my feet into the last two iterations of the shoe, the toe box is now too small. I was ecstatic when I put these on and had plenty of room for my toes. They run very comfortably on me for the first few miles, but then I start to notice they rub my interior right ankle. I think it might me an anatomical issue for me and not necessarily the shoe. These work fine for short runs, but anything for over 5 miles, I need to wear something else.
I have been struggling for the past year to find the perfect running shoe. I needed a stability shoe with a heel-to-toe drop off at or around 9mm, light, breathable, but able to keep my feet from overpronating. I am so pleased with this model of Asics. The toe box is wonderful and allows for ample room. My hats off to Roadrunnersports for helping me find the perfect shoe and processing so many of my returns until they felt they "got it right." I am very pleased!
