I'm 5'7" long torso, 35" bust, 28" waist, got the medium, which fits beautifully, but closely over a t-shirt. I would have needed a larger size to get the fit as shown on the model. The sleeves are quite long - they fit me fine, the 'hand' portion when I have my thumb in the thumb hole covers the whole body of my hand. Overall, a beautiful design, with great seam placement, curves, and lines.
