I ordered a size small in a similar jacket but it was a little too tight so I returned it and ordered this one as the first one was discontinued. I wear a 6P and at 5'1" and 110 lbs I thought a size medium would give me room to move, but it was so tight through the chest and shoulders I could not zip it. It looked cute and I needed something water resistant and warm to run in. Sending it back.

The only reason I purchased this jacket was that it was touted to be waterproof. Unfortunately this jacket is not waterproof at all. In a very light rain, brand new, it held up for about 25 minutes before the water soaked completely through. Soon after, in the up-tempo portion of the run and a bit harder rain, the water had soaked my shirt, the jacket was very heavy and in the end, I just ended up taking it off. When not wet, it is quite warm, probably too warm for running in the 30s-40s when I used it. It does resist the wind well and is quite comfortable in these temperatures for walking. I liked that there was a bit of style added with the rouching. The material that the hand covers (with thumb holes) is made of is very soft and feels great. Horizontal pockets great for phone/keys. Fits true to size, semi-fitted. It is a nice little jacket but sooo disappointed that it was not waterproof. Would suggest runners need a truly waterproof, lightweight jacket. We understand breathability would have to be sacrificed. Warmth could be added by our own base layers.
