Reviewed by 1 customer Displaying review 1 I've been running for 42 yrs now and have had various injuries over that time and am currently dealing w/ sore metatarsal on left foot. Last time I saw my doc he recommended that I wear soft shoes whenever possible. FYI I'm 6'3 185 lbs. Foot is normal to high arch. I stumbled (pun intended) upon these on a deep google search, went to my local Roadrunner and tried them on, took them home and now can't do without them! At first the arch felt too high but since the sole is so soft the arch issue went away in a few days. I've been wearing them around the house for a month now and my metatarsal problem is almost gone. I'm back to running, walking, golf and tennis. Sizing is fairly true to size if not large-I bought the 12 and I run in a 12.5 and walk in a 13. Highly recommended.
